At Naturance, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time
Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 3-4 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service used. Please note that any delays caused by the courier are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges
We charge a flat shipping fee of PKR 200 for orders below PKR 3000. Orders over PKR 3000 qualify for free shipping.

4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within Pakistan. We are working to expand our shipping options and will update you once international shipping is available.

5. Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order (such as lost or damaged items), please contact us immediately at info@naturance.shop, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

6. Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. Naturance is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
